1. Use the tabs along the top of the page to select the level at which you want to view results:
   The results of the organisational survey can be viewed for individual sites or trusts/boards, or you can look at services or facilities within a region/Local Maternity System, neonatal network or country. You can change the level selected at any point.
2. Select the year you want to view (2019 is selected by default).
3. Select a topic from the drop down list.
4. Use the drop down list to select between one and four individual sites, trusts/boards, regions, neonatal networks or countries, or to select ‘All’ for each of these reporting levels. You can type a few letters into the box to search for a name or postcode.
5. Select or deselect any sub-topics if applicable using the tick boxes.
6. If you have selected ‘All’, you can choose to view a table, and in some cases a map. If you have selected one or more sites, trusts/boards, regions, neonatal networks or countries, you can choose to view a table and - depending on the topic and reporting level - a map and/or charts.

Maps

All maps show information at site level. Click on a site to view a pop-up with information about the maternity or neonatal unit. You can maximise the pop-up window.

Clicking on the arrows in the upper left corner shows the legend. You can zoom in and out with the buttons and drag the map with the mouse.

Charts

Depending on the topic, you can view simple column or bar charts, and/or stacked column or bar charts. Clicking on an item in the legend will make this item disappear and appear.

The charts can be printed and downloaded in several image types, and the underlying data can be viewed and downloaded as Excel or CSV files.

Tables

Table data can be exported as an excel file.
